In the forest, each tree stands in its own strength while remaining deeply connected to the entire ecosystem through a vast network of roots and relationships. Similarly, all my work is guided by a desire to support people to come into right relationship with themselves, with Nature, and with others - a journey of belonging that enables us to step into the world in our authenticity, taking action and creating change from a place of wholeness.

Just as a garden flourishes when the soil is nourished, the light is abundant, and diverse plants support one another, I believe our connection with ourselves and the natural world - remembering our own true nature - creates the foundation for being in healthy relationship with others and all of life.

This ecological wisdom is woven throughout my group offerings, where we cultivate our inner landscape alongside our connection with nature, creating fertile ground for meaningful relationships with others to blossom and thrive.

EFT-Inspired
EFT is a gentle yet powerful modality that can support you on your own journey of reconnection and healing.
And tapping together as a group can be a beautifully connective experience, supporting a deepening of our sense of belonging to Self and with others.
I offer monthly online tapping circles working with the cycles of the moon, smaller group programmes where we can dive deeper and in-person tapping events in nature.

Nature Connection
Deep nature connection is a transformative practice that goes beyond simply spending time outdoors –it invites us to remember our place in the great web of life.
Through guided nature connection experiences and seasonal retreat days, we come together to cultivate presence and reawaken our child-like sense of wonder and curiosity - sharing our stories and deepening our sense of belonging with ourselves, each other and the natural world.
